I love real estate and helping people to realize their real estate dreams. My experience from hundreds of closed homes helps me assist my clients in navigating the real estate market while providing real value.
I believe in the modern way of doing real estate at lower commissions is fair. Home prices have escalated and charging 6% or more just does not make sense anymore. I use the same MLS and the same marketing strategies agents who charge higher commission utilize. I provide the same focused top notch representation they provide, I just do it for less. Because of that I help 80 to a 100 clients a year sell their homes. I see hundreds of contracts, inspections and appraisals a year which adds to my knowledge of the market. In return I get tons of referrals from satisfied clients who save thousands working with me as their agent.
